Party duration: Parties last for two hours which includes the following…
– Approx. 1 hour, 15mins for football fun games, activities, challenges and matches
– Approx. 45 mins for party food, refreshments, party games and awarding prizes.
Venue: The football fun session will take place in the Sports Centre either on the 3G pitch or Sports Hall (weather dependent). The Cube building will be used as a base for the party where all other activities of the party will take place (meet & greet, party games, disco and food etc).
Payment: Payment can be made online or with cash (online payment is currently being developed). We no longer accept cheque payments. We do ask for a £50.00 deposit which is non-refundable if cancellation is made within seven days of the party. This is due to facilities being booked out for the party and potential loss of income for our community lettings team.
Number of players: We ask no more than 22 players attend the party, if you wish to have more players attend then the price of the party will go up by £5.00 per extra head/player.
Supplied within cost: Football coaching staff to run the party, facility hire, football equipment, music and disco lighting.
Not supplied: Balloons, banners, food and refreshments although we can supply water and a hot urn for hot refreshments if required. Food or party bags can of course can be prepared or purchased off site and brought in for the party.
Other Info: We can tailor the parties for your requirements so we are also very flexible. It does not matter if any of the party troopers have never played football before, the coaching staff are well trained and can cater for young children of all abilities. It is a party so we will ensure everyone has a great time.
