English Schools’ FA Boys 7-a-side Open Tournament

On behalf of Cornwall Schools FA, we had the privilege to host yet another schools tournament which took place on Friday 11th October 2019. This time it was the West Area Qualifier for the English Schools’ FA Boys 7-a-side Open competition. The ESFA Open is a national tournament with Area, County & Regional qualifiers taking place to ascertain teams that progress to the national finals.

The tournament was a special day filled with action packed fixtures, some great goals, saves and tackles. All teams played in great spirt so well done to all involved.

The 10 teams that took part were in 2 groups of 5, with play-offs for the minor places as well as knock out games for Semi-Final, 3rd Place Play-Off & Final.
